Day 52: Grenville to Montreal
July 31st
Distance: 104 km
Another gorgeous ride! More flatlands and farms but also we passed a few little cities. Stopping in Lachute for lunch (not at a little cafe but at Tim Horten's........we are Iced Cappucino fans), we kept heading toward Montreal.
We are staying in Montreal at Cam's Uncle Anthony's house. We arrived here to a friendly welcome and a fabulous dinner, as well as showers.
After dinner, we headed downtown to do some exploring. More exploring tomorrow!!!

Wow!! You guys are seeing so much of this great country. sounds like you could have spent a week in Ottawa-so much to see! so delighted that you will see the maritimes as well. Sorry to have missed talking to you last night Jennica. went in to Brocks for his "party"-ended up having to go buy all the food and help prepare it!! They had their cars broken into and Erin lost ALL her ID-passport, birth cert, DL etc. Also Sel had his keys stolen and Jordy had some stuff taken as well.
