THE TEAM: Get ready Canada!

Alisha Mills

Alisha Mills recently completed her first year of Medical School at UBC and has a sincere passion for... well everything! She loves the outdoors, her friends and family and she is constantly working to make positive changes in the lives of everyone around her. As a cycling commuter living in the city, Alisha appreciates the need for clean air and as a medical student she is always reminded of the detriments of unhealthy living. “That’s why I am taking on the huge challenge such as cycling the entire country and fundraising for such a great cause. I feel that through challenging myself, I can make a difference in the lives of others, even as only one person.” Alisha, is excited about the team's partnership with the Canadian Lung Association and is anxiously awaiting the June 10th departure date!
