Day 4: Bromley Rock to Osooyos

Km's Today: 92 km
Distance so far: 4o7 km

Today we started a little slower to give Alisha time to get her cycling legs back. Trust me this didn't take long. After a short stop in Keromes for a snack and tour of the glass doam (a green house made out of glass)we headed off to Osooyos. The team did a really good job of trueing alisha's wheels but with a her left pannier bungied to her bike (broken pannier hook) and her rear derailer still making tonnes of noise and you could tell Alisha was keen to get to Double O' Bikes in Osooyos. The team decided to split up into two groups and make a push for town so we could get Alisha to the store before it closed. Well Alisha was quite determined and at the rate she was climbing you never would have know she was injured yesterday. Team one made it to the bike shop just as a down pour hit. Team two rode in a little soggy but glad to see Alisha's bike in working order and pressed on to The Deols for a warm hot meal.

Quote of the Day:
Christine: " The horses are playing hey cyclist"
(Modified version of 'Hey Cow'- you yell hey cow as loud as you can and see how many heads turn.)
